A couple years back I took a mental health day. I took a day off and went to San Francisco armed with just a camera and walked around. I haven’t done that in a really long time. Interestingly enough, almost for the same reason 2 years ago, I feel like I’m needing another mental health day.

It’s been a long one. Let’s get through this week. He weekend is not far from us.

A couple years ago I really needed a mental day. Today is one of those days. Life doesn’t stop, so I’m not allowed to either. At least not today.

Good news is the weekend is upon us and we’re having a couple kiddies sleep over. This should be interesting.
